About Us

Our Approach

At Pinnacle College Raslouw, we believe students achieve their best when they feel supported, valued, and connected to their school community.

Our approach combines academic excellence with meaningful student development, creating an environment where students are encouraged to grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and develop a strong sense of belonging.

By combining future-focused learning with strong relationships and student support, we prepare students not only for tertiary education, but for life beyond school.

PINNACLE COLLEGE RASLOUW EXECUTIVE HEAD

Mrs Louise Jansen

A woman in a tan jacket and black shirt is smiling for the camera.

Pinnacle College Raslouw will always hold a very special place in my heart, as I have had the privilege of being part of this school from the very beginning.

When I was appointed as the founding Executive Head in 2022, my dream was to help build a school where every student would feel encouraged, supported, and proud to belong. Since opening our doors in 2023, it has been a joy to watch our school community grow into a place filled with energy, possibility, and purpose.

At Pinnacle College Raslouw, we are committed to creating an environment where students are encouraged to pursue excellence while still feeling known and valued as individuals. Academic growth is important, but so too is confidence, kindness, resilience, creativity, and the ability to think independently.

Our students are at the heart of every decision we make. We want them to discover their strengths, embrace opportunities in academics, sport, and culture, and develop the skills they need to move confidently into tertiary education and life beyond school.

As part of the Advtech Group, we are proud to offer a future-focused education that remains grounded in strong values, meaningful relationships, and a genuine sense of belonging.

I look forward to continuing this journey with our students, staff, and families as we grow together and remain focused on success.

At Pinnacle College Raslouw, we endeavour to inspire our students to recognise their ability to lead through positive action. At the same time, we aim to identify the positive attributes in our students that hint at their instinctive ability to mentor and guide their peers towards becoming fully involved and committed members of our student community.

There are many leadership roles in which our students can participate and thrive.

With each of the promises, we make...

“The Pinnacle Colleges M&C Commitment”

M: MEASURE

We measure our success via student input/assessment—a slick non-time-consuming system.

C: COMMUNICATE

We use the measured data to communicate the “student climate” via a regular PRC—” Principals’ Report Card” to students and parents. PRC is a regular barometer type report that goes out to the community.
