Our focus is on academic success for every student. Our quality assurance programme is designed to help students identify areas for growth in their academic journey.

We promote independent thinking and problem-solving strategies as we prepare our students for the IEB National Senior Certificate Examination. We will prepare you for your next exciting phase of life as global citizens.

All schools follow the CAPS Curriculum (Curriculum and Assessment Policy) of the Department of Basic Education. This forms the basis of our academic programme which is strengthened by the rigorous nature of the Independent Examination Board’s (IEB) high standards. Our matric students will end their schooling career by writing the IEB exams, opening doors to a broader range of tertiary institutions.

Assessments and Reports

We are a four-term school, but run our academic programme on three academic cycles.

At Pinnacle College Waterfall we assess the students on a continuous basis so as to be able to remedy any areas of concern as soon as possible during each academic cycle.
