About Us

Our Mission

A school with YOUR CHILD  at its core –
Offering an excellent education that is competitively priced while ensuring a meaningful student learning experience.

Our Promises

Every Term our Students are asked to complete a survey whereby they

rate their school according to our Pinnacle 4 Promises

STUDENT EXPERIENCE

Pinnacle Colleges promises a day to day student experience where you will grow socially and academically in a non-judgemental and respectful space.

EXTRACURRICULAR EXPERIENCE

Pinnacle Colleges promise an extra-mural experience of high quality – allowing you to enjoy and develop your talents.

CAMPUSES EXPERIENCE

Pinnacle Colleges promises a campus experience that will make you proud to call it your school.

COMMUNICATION

Pinnacle Colleges promise open communication channels between all the role players involved in your education. The triangle including the student—school—parent is vital in this promise.

With each of the promises, we make...

“The Pinnacle Colleges M&C Commitment”

M: MEASURE

We measure our success via student input/assessment—a slick non-time-consuming system.

C: COMMUNICATE

We use the measured data to communicate the “student climate” via a regular PRC—” Principals’ Report Card” to students and parents. PRC is a regular barometer type report that goes out to the community.

Leadership Development

“Leadership is not a position or a title, it is an action and example.”

(Author Unknown)

At Pinnacle Rynfield we endeavour to inspire our students to recognize their own ability to lead through positive action. At the same time we aim to identify the positive attributes in our students that hint at their instinctive ability to mentor and guide their peers towards becoming fully involved and committed members of our student community.

There are many leadership roles in which our students can participate and thrive. These include Classroom Assistants, Sports & Cultural Captains, Grade 7 Prefects, Student Representatives and Grade 12 Prefects.

At Grade 12, we celebrate the leadership achievements of our students by appointing the following Pinnacle Leadership positions:

Head Student/s
Deputy Head Student/s
Head of Student Representative Council

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”

(John Quincy Adams)

From the more relaxed sports uniform and tracksuit of the Pre-Primary children, to the formal uniform as worn by the Grade 11 and 12 Students, there is a well thought out uniform requirement for each phase.

AI IN EDUCATION: SUPPORTING TEACHERS, NOT REPLACING THEM
June 19, 2025
At Pinnacle Colleges, we believe that education goes beyond the classroom. As part of our commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals, we offer a variety of extracurricular opportunities designed to develop essential leadership skills in our students. Why Leadership Matters Leadership is more than just a title—it's about initiative, responsibility, and the ability to inspire others. These qualities are vital for academic success and for thriving in life beyond school. At Pinnacle Colleges, we empower students to become confident, capable leaders through hands-on experiences and values-based education. Leadership Programs and Student Government Our schools offer structured leadership programs and student government bodies where learners can take on real responsibilities. Whether it’s organizing school events, leading assemblies, or representing their peers, students develop communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills that will serve them for years to come. Sports: Building Teamwork and Resilience Participation in sports is a cornerstone of the Pinnacle Colleges experience. Our students learn the importance of discipline, collaboration, and perseverance—key aspects of effective leadership. Whether on the soccer field, netball court, or athletics track, learners are encouraged to set goals, support their teammates, and lead by example. Cultural and Club Activities From debate clubs to arts and music, our cultural programs encourage creative thinking and problem-solving. Students have the chance to organize performances, participate in competitions, and work together on projects, all of which foster leadership and initiative in a supportive environment. Community Service: Leading with Heart At Pinnacle Colleges, we believe in the power of giving back. Our community service initiatives allow students to engage with and make a difference in their communities. Through volunteering and outreach projects, learners develop empathy, social awareness, and the confidence to lead positive change. A Holistic Approach to Leadership As part of the ADvTECH Group, Pinnacle Colleges is committed to holistic education. We balance academic excellence with a strong focus on personal growth, ensuring that every student is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to succeed. Our approach to extracurricular activities reflects this philosophy—preparing students not just for exams, but for life. Ready to discover your leadership potential?
