1) Completion of application form, online

All applications to be done via our STASY portal.

Applications must be accompanied by:

• Proof of payment of R250 application fee

• Birth Certificate of pupil

• ID of Parent

• ID of person responsible for fees (if different to parent)

• Latest school report (if available)

Please note: When uploading required documents to you online application; that the maximum file size for upload is 2MB. To help you reduce the size of your files, please read the following knowledge article on reducing the size of your .PDF document or reducing the size of your image file.

2) Payment of R250 application fee, using secure online payment portal

Application fees are payable online via the PayU gateway. When submitting your application you will be required to pay the application fee online.

Please read the below attachment on ‘Online Payments - 3 D Secure’ to ensure that you have registered for this service with your bank before paying online. If you have not registered for this service with your bank your online payment will not be successfully submitted. 

3) Acceptance of Offer Letter, online

4) Payment of enrolment fee, using secure online payment portal

Enrolment fees are payable online via the PayU gateway. Once the Offer Letter has been accepted, you will be required to pay the enrolment fee online.

Please read the below attachment on ‘Online Payments - 3 D Secure’ to ensure that you have registered for this service with your bank before paying online. If you have not registered for this service with your bank your online payment will not be successfully submitted. 

5) Registration of learner, SD number issued

6) Payment of tuition fees via EFT into school’s Tuition fee bank account, using SD number as reference

Please make payments for tuition fees to our bank account using the public beneficiary. Pinnacle Colleges are listed as a Public Beneficiary with most major banks and can be found by searching for Pinnacle Colleges on your online banking platform. Should your bank not reflect the public beneficiary you can confirm the bank details on your fee statement.
